Introduction
This Personal Data Protection Policy is established and published by Vietnam Prosperity Crypto Assets Exchange Joint Stock Company (collectively, "CAEX", "We") and describes CAEX's activities related to the protection of personal data ("Personal Data") of Data Subjects who are customers, potential customers, applicants, employees, shareholders, and other individuals connected to CAEX under relationships arising from legal requirements and/or requests and agreements between CAEX and Data Subjects.
This Policy also constitutes the Information Protection Rules between CAEX and its consumers as required by consumer protection law. CAEX applies and implements this Policy as a Personal Data Controller and/or a Controller-Processor and/or a Processor, and it applies to Data Subjects connected to CAEX as defined in Section II of this Policy. This Policy explains what data CAEX collects, the purposes of collection, how it is used, with whom it is shared, how it is stored, and the measures taken to keep such data private and secure.
This Policy is published and made publicly available by CAEX so that Data Subjects are aware. Data Subjects should read and carefully understand it before carrying out any activities that involve providing Personal Data to CAEX.
